Melt Chocolate Chips over hot water.
Cool slightly.
Mix with Eggs.
Fold in Whipped Cream, Vanilla, and Nuts.
Tear Angel Food into small pieces and layer in a 9 x 13 pan with half of the Angel Food Cake pieces.
Add the remaining Cake pieces and pour remaining Chocolate sauce over Cake.
Sprinkle Nuts on top and chill several hours.
