Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a medium bowl, combine the Flour, 3 tablespoons of Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and 1 teaspoon of Salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Buttermilk, 2 Eggs, and Melted Butter.
Pour the wet ingredients and whisk together.
Heat a medium-sized skillet to medium heat on the stove.
Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto skillet to make Pancakes.
Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Set Pancakes aside.
