Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Chuck Crossrib Roast
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • ½ can Water

Instructions
 

  • Put Meat into small roaster pan.
  • Pour 1 can Mushroom Soup and the Soup Mix over Meat.
  • Add the Water over all.
  • Cover and bake in 300℉ oven for 3 hours.
  • Serve over Noodles or Potatoes.
