Roast Beef

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Chuck Crossrib Roast
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
- ½ can Water
Instructions
- Put Meat into small roaster pan.
- Pour 1 can Mushroom Soup and the Soup Mix over Meat.
- Add the Water over all.
- Cover and bake in 300℉ oven for 3 hours.
- Serve over Noodles or Potatoes.
