Mock Hollandaise

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
- ⅓ cup Milk
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Rind (Zest)
Instructions
- Heat Mayonnaise, Milk, and Salt for 5 minuets.
- Add Lemon Juice and Rind just before serving.
Notes
Excellent over Asparagus, Broccoli, or Fish.
