Cherry Pudding Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Butter (Size of a Walnut)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • cups Cherries (You can substitute any kind of fruit for cherries)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water (Boiling)

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9×13-inch pan.
  • Mix the ingredients for Cake and put batter in pan.
  • Sprinkle Cherries over Cake batter.
  • Disolve 1 cup Sugar in boiling Water and pour over Cherries and batter.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
