Cherry Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- Butter (Size of a Walnut)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2½ cups Cherries (You can substitute any kind of fruit for cherries)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Water (Boiling)
Instructions
- Grease 9×13-inch pan.
- Mix the ingredients for Cake and put batter in pan.
- Sprinkle Cherries over Cake batter.
- Disolve 1 cup Sugar in boiling Water and pour over Cherries and batter.
- Bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
