Ingredients
- 6 oz. Chocolate Chips
- 4 Eggs (Very well beaten)
- 1 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped stiff)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¾ cup Chopped Nuts
- ½ Angel Food Cake
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate Chips over hot water.
- Cool slightly.
- Mix with Eggs.
- Fold in Whipped Cream, Vanilla, and Nuts.
- Tear Angel Food into small pieces and layer in a 9 x 13 pan with half of the Angel Food Cake pieces.
- Add the remaining Cake pieces and pour remaining Chocolate sauce over Cake.
- Sprinkle Nuts on top and chill several hours.
