Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Almond Flavoring
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Fruit (Diced fresh fruit of choice such as peach, cherry, pear, or apple)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Fruit and toss with ¼ cup of the Flour.
  • Grease generously a 10-inch bundt plan with Shortening and dust with some Sugar.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream Butter and Sugar for 30 seconds.
  • Add Eggs and Flavoring and beat for 3 minutes,
  • Sift dry ingredients (2 ¾ cups Flour, Baking Powder, and Slat).
  • Add to creamed mixture.
  • Fold in Fruit.
  • Pour into a prepared pan.
  • Bake for 70 minutes at 325℉

Notes

When using Apples or Pears, omit Almond and add 1 tsp Cinnamon.
